The donation types

When a supporter opens your tip page, they do not just leave a name and an amount. They pick how their tip shows up on your stream. There is a plain message, there is media (a GIF or an image), there is a voice note they record right there in the browser, and there is a sound. One tip, one pick, so it never turns into a wall of noise.

I gated each of these behind an amount you choose, and I did it on purpose. A tip that can trigger a sound on your stream should cost more than a tip that shows a name, because attention is the thing you are actually selling and attention is scarce. You set the floor for each type. If you never want viewer-uploaded audio, you leave it off. The dials are yours.

Read aloud, and why Sarvam

Read aloud is the type I am most attached to. A supporter writes a message, pays the amount you set for it, and their words are spoken out loud on your stream in a natural voice. When it lands, chat reacts, the donor feels seen, and the next person watching quietly does the math on how cheap it is to be heard.

The reason it runs on Sarvam AI and not on some generic voice is the reason our audience exists in the first place. Indian donors write in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali. A browser default reads those scripts like a tourist reads a signboard, and nothing kills a moment faster than a voice mangling someone's language on a live stream. Sarvam speaks Indic languages the way they are meant to sound. A donor can type in Telugu and hear it back, on stream, in Telugu. That is not a feature you notice when it works; it is a feature you would never forgive if it did not.

Your own media library

GIF search is fine, but the funniest stuff on any stream is the inside joke. So you can upload your own images, GIFs, and sounds once, and they show up on your tip page as a picker, the same way a GIF search would. A supporter taps one, and because you already vetted it, it plays instantly with no approval queue in the way.

This is the part that turns a tip page into your tip page. A shared clip your community recognises does more than any stock GIF ever will, because a joke only your viewers get is a small proof that they belong there. Uploaded once, reused forever, and never held back to be re-checked.

Staying in control

Letting strangers put media on your stream is exactly as risky as it sounds, and I was not going to hand you a feature without also handing you the brakes. So anything a viewer uploads can be held for your approval before it ever appears. You review it in the dashboard, or from a connected Discord or Telegram channel, and approve or reject with one tap.

Your own library items skip that queue, because you are the one who added them. That split is deliberate: trust what you curated, review what you did not. Moderation you have to sit and babysit is moderation you will switch off by week two, so the goal was to make the safe path the lazy path.
